How often do you have services?
We have Friday night Shabbat services. These are held at 8:00 PM with the exception of the 3rd Friday of each month when we hold a Family Shabbat service at 7:00 PM.
Where are Friday night Shabbat services held?
Friday night services are held at the Temple of Israel, 1 South Fourth Street. However, we occasionally hold services offsite. Please check our monthly bulletin on the Temple website or call the Temple Office 910 762-0000 to confirm location. We gather in the lower level prior to services. Please enter through the doors at street level.
Is the Temple handicapped accessible?
Yes, we have an elevator.
Rabbi Paul Sidlofsky is our Temple Rabbi.
Rabbi James Apple is our Rabbi Emeritus.

What if I can’t afford membership dues?
We have financial commitment reductions available for anyone who needs it. No one will be turned away due to their inability to pay.
